Traveling is good, but traveling with tips from local people is much better. Here are the tips from my local friend from Mexico City.
Memo Salina. @memosalinas7
Let’s start with the hotel indication:
His favorites, like mine, are the Four Seasons Hotel and the St. Regis. The two are listed on my list of where to stay in Mexico City.
They are wonderful luxury hotels in the Mexican capital, both very well located in privileged regions.

You are waiting to know where you were well during your trip. For this, the Memo Salinas recommended the Rokai.

One of the city’s best rated Japanese cuisine restaurants, it offers a very good lunch and dinner!
No one likes to stay in the hotel during the night every day of the trip, so our guide of the time stated obligatory stop the nightclubs: 3 Nightlife and Dinsmoor.
Dinsmoor. Photo: Google
Dinsmoor is one of the most exclusive ballads in the City. Its sophisticated atmosphere makes the nightclub very well evaluated. The music can range from electronic to house music.
To finalize this guide with a golden key, the last tip is of a tourist point not to be missed: Chapultepec Palace.
Castelo de Chapultepec. Foto: Google
Also already indicated in my list of places to go in Mexico City, the Palace is one of the most famous architectures of Mexico and is surrounded by a spectacular garden.

Have you stopped to think about what makes you unique? In this post, I will give you 3 quick tips to learn how to compose looks according to your personality to highlight the beauty and charm that exists within each one of us.
Tip Number 1: Search colors that in addition to valuing your skin tone identify with your personality and the message to which you want to pierce the external world. For example, stronger colors reflect the message of power, strength, and independence while lighter colors reflect a more delicate, romantic and submissive image.
Tip Number 2: The cuts, fabrics, and shapes of any garment say a lot about who it is you then watch what you are looking for before you go out wearing anything. Parts with straight and simple cuts give an air of sophistication especially if the contours of the piece have draped or braided. Already fairer and better-bodied pieces give a more sensual look and must be meticulously planned so that sensuality does not become vulgar. Lighter fabrics such as linen, viscose, and silk give the air a pinch of freedom, freshness, and fullness while the viscolycra, wool, neoprene, and other heavier fabrics can be expressed as a look of a woman more closed, mature and conscious if you are looking for.
Tip Number 3: Think about who you are, what your real desires are and what you want to get into the outside world. Every time you buy a new part remember that mini manual and suit yourself externally to what is you inside and what are your goals on each occasion. Today I woke up light and romantic and so I chose this pink little monkey from Dimy (a brand that I love and have been conquering me more and more every day) to face this warmth of Mexico City and stroll the streets of Polanco. To compose the look, I chose a Clutch and accessories from Raffia that blends well with the linen of the overalls and composes the air of lightness accompanied by my little train from Arezzo.

Have you considered staying in a luxury hotel in the middle of the Valle de Guadalupe mountains in Mexico? If so, Encuentro Guadalupe is the right destination!
The hotel, which is in the winery region, is my favorite place when I want to disconnect from everything and enjoy nature. According to the hotel itself, Encuentro is “a space that invites our guests to enjoy the common areas and reuniting with themselves, keeping in touch with nature, respecting the surroundings and admiring the wonderful landscape that the Guadalupe Valley offers us”.
Encuentro Guadalupe. Source: Instagram.
Encuentro has 22 lofts made for the guests to relax. Each room has its own terrace, mountain views, local-made wine floors – the hotel has seven hectares of vineyard – and an outdoor clay kiva. Everything to enjoy the stay and connect with nature.
Valuing the experience, Encuentro welcomes each visitor with a drink of their own production, that can be enjoyed while visiting the winery and admiring the view from the lobby. The wines tasted by guests are produced right there in the hotel’s owned vineyards. Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Nebbiolo are some of the types that make up the hotel’s wine cellar.
Its architecture is rustic and uses elements of nature in its composition, such as decorative objects made of logs, fireplaces built with clay, natural stones composing the decoration of the lofts. All connected with the view of the mountains, which can be enjoyed from the glass walls surrounding the hotel.

About the gastronomy, the hotel has the Origin restaurant, which works as an “open kitchen”, where guests can watch the execution of the dishes, made by chef Omar Valenzuela. Each dish is a combination of flavors, shapes and colors that explores ingredients from northern Baja California.
In addition, the hotel features the Raw Oyster Bar, headed by chef Melissa Navaro, whose signatures are oyster dishes and drinks that delight the guest with their beauty and taste.

The Tijuanense cuisine stands out for presenting a mix of gastronomic influences from different regions of Mexico, which was the first country to which UNESCO accepted gastronomy as a historical patrimony of humanity.
The small town offers a range of options of the highest quality which started to have its cuisine called Baja Med Cuisine, due to its regional influences and spices such as sazón de Tijuana and artisanal cheeses, shellfish from the port of Ensenada and the very tasty olives from Valle Del Guadalupe.
Among my favorite Bosses are: Javier Plascencia (Mission 19), Omar Valenzuela (Encuentro Guadalupe), Drew Deckman (Deckman’s En El Mengor), Diego Hernández Baquedano (Heart of Earth), Hugo D’Acosta (Shells of Stone) , Jair Tellez (Restaurant Laja) and Bendana (Mi Casa Supper Club).

In addition to the tasteful experience, these places still boast modern architecture, a breathtaking view and extraordinary service.

Everyone has been taken away
by their own will someday, so that it is not more important and has a list of
great months to visit Mexico.
This does not apply to many times of the climate changes, without in Mexico it does not very much a variation of temperature during the seasons. In a year goes from 0 ° C to 22 ° C, which ends up changing somewhat the preference of tourist points in year times and, inevitably, prices.
In January we have a predominance of a colder
climate because it is a winter month. At that time there is even the
possibility of snow in the country that is very much expected by tourists who
go to the country in search of an icy and beautiful experience.
February is the end of the winter season,
although it is good to go prepared with cold clothes, it is always advisable to
leave with something less hot under the layers of clothing, as the temperature
can rise during the early afternoon and you will feel warm.
Speaking at the beginning of
the year, January and February are considered the driest months due to the lack
of rain and the low temperatures.
Already in March / April the spring begins and
stretches until the month of June, with its charm and cooler mornings with long
and hot days with little rain. These months are great for those who plan to
travel less paying not to come across crowded sights.
In June / July the summer begins, it is school
vacation, this means that everything is more expensive and full. It is a very
rainy season of the year, which greatly improves the quality of the air, even
so, it is not raining so devastating that you cancel a ride, just leave always
accompanied by an umbrella. This climate remains until the month of September.
Autumn comes as spring, the months of September to November are pleasant, much less rainy, and with it a little drier than spring. It is also considered one of the best times to travel to Mexico, especially for the holiday of November 2, one of the most important in Mexico: The Day of the Dead.
At the end of November, the winter season
begins again. In this period it is customary to find ice rinks in the cities
and places like the Bosque de Chapultepec are even more beautiful. It is also
very common to see Christmas trees and incredible decorations.
When it comes to such a versatile place, I
think it is a person’s preference for a cold or hot holiday, but in my view the
best months to get to know the city are the terms, during the fall or spring:
April, May, September, and October. These months allow you a more pleasant
climate and greater possibility to visit the sights calmly.
I had the opportunity to stay at Condesa DF during my last trip to Mexico and I did not regret it. The Condesa is located in the neighborhood of Condesa, one of the most trendy neighborhoods of the city and very close to Polanco, the noble neighborhood of the place.

Belonging to the group, owner of the most luxurious and exquisite hotels in the world such as The Habita Hotel and The Robey Chicago, this hotel does not leave anything to be desired in its modern architecture and decoration as in the services they offer.
Inside is a total redesign and very cool. Mexican architect Javier Sanchez and French designer India Mahdavi have conspired to create 40 beautiful rooms on three floors.

There is also a cinema in the basement that offers art films on weekends and an underground disco that rings well after midnight. That’s my tip for anyone going to Mexico City.
I would highly recommend the stay at Condesa DF, there for sure you will be very well received and will have an unforgettable experience.
