In addition to these, he recommended the Mandarin Oriental, a property with 54 private Arabian style villas.

The Mandarin offers for each of its villas pools and hot tubs and you can even enjoy a suite with a rooftop plunge pool. It is a perfect place to relax!

Now that you know where to stay, we have to choose the best places to eat, so our local guide told us about his favorite restaurants. And these are the Bo & Zin, which serves dishes of Mediterranean and Thai cuisine. Epicurien, a French gastronomic restaurant that enchants with its attractions at night. Lotus restaurant, a Moroccan restaurant, and club serving Japanese food. And lastly, the Jad Mahal, which is on my list of favorite restaurants too.

He also left us two directions for nightlife: Theatro and Le So are the two most popular nightclubs in Marrakech and offer very busy nights and lively nights for incredible DJs. Theatro is also on my list of places I went to enjoy when I was in Marrakech.

As Marrakech is a city full of surprises and incredible sights, he could not fail to point out Les Jardins Majorelle, Musée YSL and Jardins Secrets.

Did you like tips? Comment here if you have any indication, who knows appears in the next posts!

And be sure to share it to compete for a trip to the Maldives.

Agafay Luxury Camp

Your Next destination is Morocco, you do not see the time to know the desert closely, but unfortunately, the time of stay will be little and can not make the Sahara. Sad, but don’t look like a problem, you can turn your passage across the country into an incredible safari by staying at Agafay Luxury Camp, or rather saying: In the desert.

The Hotel with its camping and safari style is located in the Moroccan desert and what keeps you separated from the municipality of Marrakech, one of the largest cities in Morocco, is only 40 minutes. So In addition to enjoying the experience in the desert, you will not need to stop meeting one of the main sights of North Africa.

But do not think it is a hotel full of luxury, the place is very simple. When It comes to comfort it leaves to be desired. The beds look like rocks. The pillows are not goosed feather or super comfy mattresses that take you to another level of spirit when you sleep. The services of the site are also not of the best, but supply the need of those who stay there for a short time. Fortunately, none of this has prevented my onsite experience from being good.

Being in camping in the middle of the desert is really something unmatched and amazing. The scenery is beautiful and the hotel is very stylish, besides allowing you to travel in thoughts with the sunrise and sunset. For those who go to Morocco in winter, the place becomes even more beautiful, because from there it is possible to see the Alps, the famous High Atlas Mountain range, and in only 40 minutes you have access to the highest Ski station in North Africa, to Oukaimeden.

The Station is located 3600 meters high in the Atlas mountain range and receives many tourists in winter, about 30000 people a day ski there. The Place has 18 ski slopes that to access you are obliged to enjoy a kilometer climbing the cable car and enjoying the mountains and the expanse of the desert, which is possible to see even better when you reach the top.

So Here’s a hint: it’s very worthwhile to travel in winter too but to the right place. And The desert is definitely a good place.

The location can also be enjoyed in the summer as well as in winter. At Agafay you have the possibility to make ATV tours during the day by the local extension or take a good wine, which is very successful in the hotel, relaxing in the hotel pool.

Without a doubt one of the best moments I lived there was to see the sunset, it is breathtaking, hypnotizing, the will is to stop the time and stay just enjoying the view. And It does not end there, after the stunning moment you can enjoy a traditional Moroccan dinner to the sound of local bands. It’s just amazing!

Dubai: Ski Dubai Penguins Encounter

Today I went to see the ski Dubai located at the Emirates Mall in Dubai. The ski station is very small and recommended for the intermediary level 2. Personally I consider the course nice for beginners and children and I do not recommend or find valid the experience for those who really enjoy and practice the sport.

The cool guy right there and the experience of being able to interact with on Penguins.
Packages vary between AED 230.00 and AED 1365.00 where you can choose between a simple photo and a brief brieffing about the beautiful animals or even swim and feed them.

During the tour is not allowed the use of cell phones or the entrance of photographic cameras so if you want a photo with the beautiful animals do not forget that at the end of the tour will pay an additional amount of AED 150.00 per photo or a AED 600.00 package for all the photos of the experience. Follow the link of the place for those who are looking to buy the tickets in advance or know more about the tour and the options that Ski Dubai offers. https://www.skidxb.com/snow-penguins

Considered one of the best places in the city, the So Night Lounge is a kind of restaurant with music and dancing. Lots of music and dancing. There Moroccan and international dishes are served, but the main attraction is the drinks served.
Music and dancing are not only a compliment, but your evening can also be focused there and without doubt, you will enjoy it very much if you play in the Moroccan climate of the place.

In the place, you also have a bar and restaurant with great drinks to accompany your evening and a very beautiful and pleasant atmosphere, check out the next topic more about the restaurant and bar.

Already mentioned in my list of restaurants in Morocco, the Palais is a perfect place for a hot. The place has live shows with lots of music, dancing and shows that even involve candles. It’s a great place to enjoy the night from start to finish!

Theatro Marrakech

Theatro Marrakech. Photo: Google

Theatro is a ballad somewhat different from anything you’ve ever seen. The nightclub in Marrakech offers tables by the lounge and a dance floor, the drinks served are amazing and if you arrive early can be served at one of the tables. The show begins after midnight, usually when the DJ starts a show with costumes and various props that lead to madness.
It is very worth to spend the night there!

Best places to stay in Marrakech

Firstly when talking about Marrakech you can have two very different experiences according to the region in which you choose to stay.
The city of Marrakech is divided into two parts: the new part surrounded by nightlife, hotels, and restaurants of a high standard. And the Medina, which is the historic area of the city with small streets, not signposted and frequented by very simple people.

In most of the Medina you can not have access by car or taxi, so to get to the place where you are staying is necessary to walk through these streets that seem more labyrinths, without any kind of signage and poorly lit, since there is no light in the streets at night, which can be a very unpleasant experience especially if you are a woman returning from dinner alone or partying.

So I recommend staying in the traditional Ryads of the Medina, only for one night so you explore the historic area and have the experience of being in a typical Moroccan Ryad.

In Medina, the hotels I visited and liked the most were:

  • Riad Rafaele

Best months to meet Morocco

If you want to go to Morocco, I’ll tell you soon: the best months to know the country are between March and May, during the spring, and September and November, when the country is in the fall. You will understand why!

Morocco can be considered divided into three zones where different climates predominate, being the Mediterranean climate to the north, Atlantic to the west and the south of the country, where the Sahara is located, the climate is desert. But what does it mean?

In the hottest season of the year, which peaks in the months of July and August, the heat may be unbearable for those intending to stay in cities like Fés and Marrakech, located in the hinterland of Morocco, and for those wishing to stroll through the desert.

The temperatures at this time of year are more pleasant in the west coast region, where you can enjoy a pleasant walk, especially in the beaches, but if you want to get to know the main Moroccan sights, your trip will be heavier tiring.

In winter, from December to February, temperatures drop sharply, mainly to the north and the desert, emphasizing that the desert climate goes from one extreme to the other. It is not so bad to travel in the winter, especially if you want as your main attraction the snow, but it is good to beware of warmer clothes.

A ski resort in the Atlas Mountains. Photo: Google

A ski resort in the Atlas Mountains. Photo: Google

At this time of year, rainfall increases on a large scale and in regions such as the Atlas Mountains the blizzards are guaranteed. There is the most famous ski resort in North Africa, which was mentioned here in the blog. Winter is perfect for you who want to ski but will take little advantage of other attractions in the country.

That is why I indicate the “middle term” months, in the milder seasons of the year. So you can make the most of your trip through the Moroccan air.
