Traveling is good, but traveling with tips from local people is much better. Here are the tips from my local friend from Los Angeles, Alexander David.
Let’s start with the best hotels in the city. Preferred are:
Chateau Marmont, a boutique-style Hollywood and palace-style hotel that offers an outdoor heated pool, comfortable accommodations, with in-room massage and a gym.
The Waldorf, a 5-stars hotel in Beverly Hills that also offers a gym and an outdoor pool.
The Four Seasons Beverly Wilshire, which is on Rodeo Drive, has all the elegance and convenience you need, with pool, whirlpools, spa and more.
Bel-air hotel, a beautiful historic hotel located in Bel air where you can relax with a full-service SPA.
And the Peninsula, the last but not least hotel is located in Beverly Hills only twelve minutes from Rodeo Drive. In this Hotel, you have a gym, a complete SPA, an outdoor swimming pool, and many other facilities.
All are upscale and luxurious hotels!
After staying you need to know where to eat well during your trip. The indicated restaurants are:
The Nobu Malibu, which offers wonderful Asian cuisine to be enjoyed on the incredible terrace overlooking the sea.
MR. Chow. The restaurant offers Chinese cuisine in a luxurious and very well-attended lounge.
Craig’s Restaurant, located in Hollywood, serves Italian food and is frequented by celebrities. The ambiance of the place is a mix of warmth and elegance.
Madeo, which also serves Italian dishes, has great reviews and a wonderful atmosphere.
And lastly the Mastros, a very well recommended steakhouse in Beverly Hills.
And after a good dinner, what about enjoying the night? For this, our guide of the time indicated the nightclubs: Warwick, 1oak, avenue and Night, which are the best and most recommended of Los Angeles.
