The rich temple complex houses the largest collection of Buddha images in Thailand, including a reclining Buddha of 46 m in length.
The image of the lying Buddha represents its entrance into its Nirvana state and the end of all its reincarnations.

The temple is considered the first center for public education in Thailand, and the marble inscriptions and inscriptions placed in the temple for public instruction were recognized by UNESCO in its Memory of the World Program.
On the royal tombs are placed several buddhas standing with their hands to the center, this buddha mudra in Thailand and Laos represents the walking Buddha and symbolizes the transition from material to spiritual life.
